These terms cover eligibility, accounts, plans, recurring billing, cancellation and refunds, acceptable use, third parties, disputes, and service boundaries.
LinkJuice provides a Chrome extension, account, cloud sync, AI generation, SEO lookup, and subscription-management service. You must sign in with your own Google or GitHub account, keep account information accurate, and take responsibility for activity under it. Do not share, sell, or misuse credentials.
You must meet the minimum age for independent consent to online services where you live. Otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must agree and supervise your use. If you use LinkJuice for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, supplier outages, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every feature will remain available, and may apply reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse, allocate resources fairly, or protect third-party sites.
Current features, allowances, and prices for Free, Plus, and Pro are those shown on the pricing and checkout pages when you purchase. Unless checkout says otherwise, monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans are prepaid and renew annually. Taxes, currency conversion, or payment-provider fees may be added based on location or payment method.
By choosing Upgrade and completing payment with Creem, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and Creem’s applicable terms, and authorize recurring charges for the selected interval. Creem shows the amount again before confirmation. LinkJuice does not receive your card number.
For a subscription marked as early-bird pricing, the provider price is guaranteed for at least 24 months from the first successful payment while that same subscription remains continuous. A scheduled cancellation can be reversed before the paid period ends. A failed payment can be recovered within seven days. A subscription started after the paid period or recovery window ends, or a change of plan or billing interval, uses the price then available.
You can open the payment provider’s subscription controls from your account page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then and afterward returns to the then-current Free plan. Except where required by law, promised at checkout, or mandated by the provider, started billing periods are not prorated or refunded. Contact support promptly for duplicate charges or inability to use the service.
AI, SEO, backlink-discovery, website, target, and image-storage allowances are measured per account and billing period. Free, Plus, and Pro include 0, 50, and 100 Verify All backlink discoveries per month. Only an explicit Verify All backlink-provider lookup uses one; failed calls are refunded, while saving, individual checks, and background work use none. Monthly AI allowances are 100, 1,000, and 5,000, and SEO domain analyses are 0, 500, and 5,000. Items marked as having no plan quantity limit remain subject to storage, security, anti-abuse, and service-availability safeguards. Cached SEO lookups may not consume allowance. We may adjust features and future pricing for security, compliance, supplier changes, or product improvements. Material changes affecting an existing paid period will receive reasonable notice and will not retroactively increase that period’s price.
Use LinkJuice only on websites you are authorized to access and operate, and follow site terms, robots directives, privacy rules, and anti-spam rules. Do not use it for scaled spam comments, impersonation, fabricated experience, CAPTCHA or access-control circumvention, private-network crawling, malware, infringement, or search-rank manipulation. You must review generated content and personally decide whether to submit it.
Sign-in, AI, SEO-data, and payment services, as well as websites you visit, are operated by third parties and may have separate terms and privacy notices. Third-party data may be estimated, delayed, or unavailable. LinkJuice does not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, backlink permanence, continued store availability, or approval of future updates.
The LinkJuice software, brand, and interface belong to their respective owners. You retain rights in your input and business records and grant us only the processing permission needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You must have rights to uploaded text and images. We may use voluntary product feedback without charge, but do not publish or sell your private target list.
If you believe content in the service infringes your intellectual-property rights, send hello@linkjuice.dev proof of rights, the content location, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We will review sufficiently detailed notices and may remove or restrict content when appropriate. An affected user may submit a counter-notice.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service for fraud, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, or material breach. You may cancel, delete the cloud snapshot, and stop using the service. Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred; data required for legal, accounting, or security purposes may remain as described in the Privacy Notice.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or a particular SEO or business result, and are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or user submissions. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected. Otherwise, liability is limited, where lawful, to the amount you paid LinkJuice in the 12 months before the claim.
Where lawful, if content you upload, your actions on a third-party site, or your breach of these terms causes a third-party claim or reasonable loss to LinkJuice, you agree to be responsible and cooperate with the defence. This does not shift liability caused by LinkJuice’s own unlawful conduct or gross negligence.
Please first contact hello@linkjuice.dev and try to resolve a dispute informally. An unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection law and statutory dispute channels where you live remain available. The seller or merchant of record for a transaction is the party identified at checkout and on the payment receipt.
Delay caused by events outside reasonable control is not a breach. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Together with the Privacy Notice and any checkout rules expressly incorporated there, these terms are the entire agreement about the service.

We may update these terms and will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the site, product, or account contact details. Continuing after the effective date accepts the update; if you disagree, cancel before it takes effect and stop using the service.
